- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at elixiroflife444@proton.me.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
